LAUREN LUIZ

Lauren Monet Luiz is an American actress and musician. She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon where she attended Gresham Union High School and performed in various musical theatre productions after high school. Starting in the fall of 2013 she studied voice and movement at the Old Vic Theatre School in Bristol, England. She shortly thereafter moved to Los Angeles, California.

Best known for her role as Shay in Birds of Neptune(Official Selection Slamdance Film Festival, Mammoth Lakes Film Festival, Arizona Film Festival) and Anna in Grimm on NBC.

She was most recently seen on Broadway in Deaf West's revival of Spring Awakening.
